Is Onkyo Out of Business?

Last summer it was announced that Klipsch was to taking over distribution of Onkyo products. Just a couple of months ago a fire burned down the AKM factory in Japan that produces most of the DACs for the industry and widely used in Onkyo receivers. Customer support has been absent from Onkyo over the last couple of months and NONE of their receivers are in stock on their website. This makes us wonder if Onkyo's days are numbered. What do you think?
